Forget the pills - eat petai. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND among people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating petai. This is because petai contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

Petai has a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating petai for soothing relief.

Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium petai snack.
Strokes:
According to research in 'The New England Journal of Medicine, ' eating petai as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%'.

Walaubagaimanapun, hidup mesti diteruskan. Samada telan sahaja yang pahit atau buang ke dalam tong sampah yang memang sudah tersedia. Pahit mempunyai lawannya, manis. Di dalam pahit ada manisnya. Maka disitulah kadang-kadang kita sebagai manusia lupa dan hanya menumpukan kepada yang pahit sahaja sehingga mengabaikan yang manis. Sudah semestinya yang manis itu lebih sedap dari yang pahit. Tetapi manusia mudah memilih yang pahit kerana sifat kita yang lebih banyak mazmumah dari mahmudahnya.

201/GRADUATION/HARI RAYA
Salam
Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri Maaf Zahir dan Batin.
Wut, 201???? Belive or not, yeah, it is my 201 post today. Sejak aku mula berjinak-jinak dengan dunia blog ni, rupanya2 dah sebanyak ini aku post di blog ni. Entah apa-apa jer lar yang aku merepekkan di sini kan selama ni? Hahaha dulu awal-awal, semangat jer nak update blog ni, sejak kebelakangan ni lain dah jadinya. Betulla kata orang, semua yang kita lakukan memerlukan konsisten. Jangan hanya berombak di tepi pantai (apa kena mengana entah, itu yang terfikir, taip jer lar). Awal-awal semuanya 'manis' tapi bila dah lama-lama, 'masam' la jadinya. Bukan begitu? Hehehe dah stuck dah actually, tak tau nak update pasal apa.
Convocation
After 3 years of hardwork, assignments and all the works, i'm officially graduating this monday. Yeah.. yeah... yeah.. 3 years, long enough to teach me how this life actually. Banyak yang berlaku sepanjang 3 tahun ni. Happiness, sadness, geram dan semuanya lar ada sepanjang belajar ni. Dan ada juga keadaan di mana tiba satu masa yang i had enaugh! Cant hold it any longer and its shows. Hahaha bila teringat balik, kelakar juga. Tapi itulah hakikatnya. Belajar bukan senang, susah sebenarnya. Tapi akhirnya, me and my friends graduating this monday. Congrat guys. Its paid off for what we've been through together. Forget all the sadness and enjoy this weekend! Hahahaha
To be honest, i dont know my feeling. Part of me, i'm happy to attend this graduation. Another part of me, rasa malasnya nak pergi malam ni (i'm off to Skudai tonight). Banyak persediaan yang perlu di lakukan, and i havent done anything yet. Hahaha Malas betul rasanya. Tapi tak apa lah, just pergi jer, apa yang terjadi kemudian redha jer. Hahaha
Oklah, i dont have any idea to write down today. I'm going upstaurs, packing my bag, and relax wait till this evening before i'm heading to johor, again after a while. Hehehe So ciao.. wish me all the best.

Puasa
Salam,
Ada juga antara kita mengambil kesempatan di dalam bulan puasa ini untuk menurunkan berat badan yang terlebih sini dan sana. Persoalannya, adakah ini niat yang betul? Entah, aku pun tidak tahu jawapannya. Bagi aku, itu adalah merupakan salah satu kelebihan berpuasa andainya kita melaksanakan dengan betul. Selain daripada menurunkan berat badan, berpuasa seperti yang di ketahui juga adalah baik untuk kesihatan setelah setahun kita memenuhkan dalaman kita dengan pelbagai makanan, kan? Aku bukan lah arif sangat, sekadar terlintas di fikiran, aku tulislah. Bagi aku, entah lah, samada berjaya atau tidak turunkan berat yang sudah berlebih ni, tunggu dan lihat jer. Harap-harap dapatlah turun sedikit, walaupun tak banyak. Ia kemudiannya, dapat melatih aku mengawal nafsu makan, walaupun aku rasakan aku ni bernafsu terhadap makanan (hahahaha).
Puasa kali ini juga di Malaysia terutamanya, seperti dikatakan di dalam akhbar, cuacanya sedikit sejuk sebab berlaku di dalam musim angin monsun barat daya (betulke). Adakala rasanya betul juga, sebab angin bertiup sepoi-sepoi bahasa dan hujan di malam hari. Kadang-kadang panasnya boleh tahan juga. Tapi itulah salah satu dugaan berpuasa. Bukan sahaja menahan diri daripada lapar dan dahaga, malah terpaksa menempuhinya di tengah-tengah cuaca yang agak panas. Cubaan bagi umat Islam seluruh Malaysia dan negara-negara yang berada di iklim khatulistiwa. Hehe Geografi pun leh masuk.
Puasa kali ini, aku menyambut penuh di rumah, berbanding puasa tiga tahun lepas yang mana aku masih bergelar pelajar dan menyambutnya di sana. Suasananya tentulah berbeza. Yang pastinya, duit aku tidak perlu keluar untuk membeli keperluan berbuka. Sebaliknya hanya duduk, menunggu makanan terhidang dan berbuka jer lar. Tapi sebenarnya, suasana berbuka, membeli di bazar ramdhan bersama-sama sungguh mengamit kerinduan aku di sini. Rindunya nak berbuka macam tu. Best rasanya walaupun kadang-kadang kat sana rindu juga nak berbuka di rumah. It was one of the best memories during my time there. Rindunya. Puasa tahun kedua, sebelum keluar membeli makanan berbuka, biasanya aku akan mengupdate blog ni dengan bermacam-macam cerita. Kadang-kadang apa jer aku masukkan untuk memenuhi blog aku ni. Pastu, ketukan di pintu merupakan petanda aku dan rakan-rakan akan pergi membeli makanan. Itulah rutinnya. Belum lagi dengan bersahurnya. Dekat rumah ini, ikutlah,bersahur atau tak, sama jer sebab tak buat apa, duduk jer tak memerlukan tenaga sangat. Dulu belajar, kelas masih ada, oleh itu sedikit tenaga di perlukan.
Cukuplah aku update untuk hari ni, idea masih ada tapi simpan untuk hari akan datang. AKu rasa, berblog ini juga merupakan satu terapi untuk meluahkan perasaan dan apa yang berada di dalam fikiran kita ni. Bukan mudah sesetengah dari kita untuk berkongsi secara bersemuka dengan entah sapa, tapi di sini kita menulis tanpa perlu memikirkan apa yang orang rasa. Ada juga mempersoalkan, kenapa perlu kita kongsi dengan satu dunia dengan berblog. Entah, tak tau, tapi bagi yang berblog, rasanya itu adalah sesuatu yang bukan perlu tapi satu kehendak untuk bertulis dalam menyatakan buah fikiran dan perasaan. Kan? So, marilah berblog (hahahaha) dan SELAMAT BERPUASA!
